What You'll Do
- Creative Strategy Leadership: Guide the development of innovative creative strategies that consistently exceed performance benchmarks across client portfolios.
- Performance Analysis: Lead data-driven decision making by analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable creative direction.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple high-value client portfolios, ensuring creative strategies align with performance goals and client objectives.
- Your creative strategies consistently outperform industry benchmarks
- Your data-driven insights lead to breakthrough creative approaches
- Your leadership builds and maintains high-performing client portfolios
- 5+ years of experience leading creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of exceeding performance benchmarks through creative innovation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social media campaigns
- Advanced understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $200,000 USD plus performance bonus per year, based on experience
