At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

As AI reshapes how consumers search, discover, and choose brands, Trustpilot’s unique dataset of authentic human sentiment is becoming increasingly critical. We are uniquely positioned to define how trust and reputation function in an AI-driven digital economy, and we are building an inclusive environment where curious, ambitious people can do the best work of their careers.

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you are the value owner and trusted advisor for your portfolio of customers within the Benelux market. You ensure every customer achieves success with Trustpilot - from onboarding and adoption to measurable results and advocacy. Your mission is to maximize product adoption, strengthen customer health, and reduce churn, ensuring customers realize ongoing value and remain engaged, satisfied partners.

Focusing on our scale customer segment, you will manage a portfolio of up to 400 accounts. We are seeking an ambitious team member with outstanding organizational and time management skills who thrives on helping customers succeed. This role is a great fit for candidates with early experience in Customer Success or digital sales (such as a BDR or SDR) eager to develop their career within a global team.

This role is based in our Amsterdam office, where our Benelux team is located.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead post-sale onboarding and setup across your portfolio of up to 400 accounts, ensuring a smooth handover from New Business and a strong foundation for high adoption.
  • Drive measurable product adoption across your customer portfolio to deliver tangible value for our customers.
  • Maintain customer health and proactively address risks across your scale account base to help achieve high renewal rates.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and advocacy, aiming for strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) results across your portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to onboarding, usage, or product value.
  • Partner with Marketing to identify case study, testimonial, and reference opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product to share structured customer feedback and insights that inform roadmap improvements.
  • Maintain accurate health metrics, notes, and records in CRM for full portfolio visibility.
Who you are:
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • Ambitious professional with first experience in a Customer Success role or a digital sales position (such as a BDR or SDR) looking to grow in an international environment.
  • Highly organized with great time management skills and a proven ability to prioritize tasks while managing a high-volume portfolio of up to 400 accounts.
  • Passionate about customers, building long-term relationships, and seeing measurable business impact.
  • Technically confident and able to guide customers through product setup, usage, and best practices.
  • Strong communicator across multiple stakeholder levels, adept at building trust and uncovering underlying business needs.
  • Curious about the digital landscape with a solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and search marketing.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, and Marketing to deliver customer value.
  • Proactive problem solver who acts as a bridge to help the team overcome roadblocks and elevate peer performance.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 20 holiday days plus 5 extra holiday days after one year of employment
  • 2 (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app-based service designed to promote positive mental health and access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan
  • A friendly, fun and small office with Nintendo switch, a popcorn machine, coffee machine and tea with a mini ping pong table
  • Commuter allowance

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture. So, even if you don’t feel you don't meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
