Qué harás:
- Gestionar el pipeline asignado y realizar prospección activa (llamadas en frío, visitas sin cita previa y reuniones presenciales) en Valencia y alrededores. Seleccionar los restaurantes dentro del alcance basándote en las recomendaciones de marketing para programar y organizar tu agenda diaria de forma proactiva.
- Representar de forma efectiva y profesional nuestra marca y plataforma.
- Explicar a los propietarios y responsables de restaurantes las oportunidades, características y beneficios de TheFork Manager para afiliarlos a la plataforma. Realizar el seguimiento continuo con los clientes hasta cerrar el trato y garantizar que el restaurante quede publicado on-line con éxito.
- Adaptar la estrategia de interacción para superar objeciones, resolver obstáculos y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y/o trimestrales.
- Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones de ventas, soporte a proveedores y gestión de cuentas para garantizar un ciclo de ventas fluido y eficiente.
- Demostrar determinación, dinamismo y resiliencia ante los retos del día a día.
- Presentas entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en una empresa online y de forma presencial (face2face).
- Experiencia en gestión de territorio y pipeline utilizando Salesforce u otra herramienta CRM.
- Dominio fluido del español (nivel C2) y nivel intermedio-alto de inglés (B2).
- El valenciano es un plus (no indispensable)
- Es obligatorio poseer vehículo propio (coche o moto).
- Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en el sector de la hostelería (hospitality).
- Sólidas habilidades comunicativas aplicadas a la venta, negociación y cierre de operaciones.
- Perfil hunter orientado a resultados, con una motivación constante por captar nuevos clientes y cold-calling.
- Proactivo/a y autónomo/a, con capacidad para sacar adelante iniciativas sin supervisión constante.
- Persona segura de sí misma, dinámica, flexible, organizada y capaz de trabajar con éxito en un entorno ágil y cambiante.
