Product Marketing Manager – Association's
Austin, TX or Remote

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the go-to-market authority for our Association and Fraternal verticals within our product marketing organization. This role is responsible for owning the product story, driving adoption and revenue growth, and defining how our software is positioned and communicated in these markets. The Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure our solutions resonate with association and fraternal buyers—delivering compelling messaging and enablement that supports long-term success and pipeline growth.
What you'll do:
Vertical Market Expertise & Positioning
- Become the authoritative expert on the Association and Fraternal verticals, including buyer personas, key challenges, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Develop compelling, differentiated, and value-based messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the benefit of our software to associations, fraternities, sororities, and other member-based organizations
- Conduct ongoing research to monitor competitive solutions and identify opportunities to strengthen our market position
- Build deep understanding of customer goals and use cases to ensure product stories align with the needs of association executives, staff, national organizations, chapters, volunteers, and members
- Present market insights, positioning frameworks, and GTM recommendations to cross-functional leadership
Go-to-Market Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and major releases tailored for the Association and Fraternal verticals
- Define pricing, packaging, and launch success metrics in collaboration with Product and Sales leadership
- Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure marketing activities and events are targeted, relevant, and effective at driving pipeline
- Track, analyze, and report on GTM success metrics, competitive performance, and market penetration to inform future strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue within the Association and Fraternal verticals
Content Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Define and create content across the buyer's journey, including case studies, demos, website content, and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide a complete suite of sales tools, including presentations, vertical-specific pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and product demos
- Serve as the essential link between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on product story and go-to-market execution
- Partner with Product to advocate for Association and Fraternal market and buyer needs in roadmap planning and prioritization
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to equip them with the tools and knowledge to win in these verticals
Marketing Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of GTM plans, campaign performance data, competitive research, and market insights
- Use marketing tools and platforms to manage and track launch status, pipeline impact, and content performance
AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working
- Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflows
- Use data, dashboards, and AI-supported insights to monitor GTM performance and identify opportunities early
- Continuously build AI literacy and apply AI-enabled practices as part of day-to-day work
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Experience marketing software or technology solutions to associations, fraternities and sororities, chapter-based organizations, or other member-based organizations strongly preferred
- Understanding of the needs and operating models of associations and fraternal organizations, including membership, chapter operations, financial management, events, engagement, and communications
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing narratives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
- Takes ownership and drives projects forward without being asked
- Builds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Comfortable with camera-on meetings and executive-level communication
- Organized, analytical, and execution-focused with attention to detail
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
