Como Runner en Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, tu papel es asegurarte de que nuestros socios tengan una experiencia increíble en todo momento. Poseer el encanto natural de la hospitalidad, le daremos una plataforma para conectar, crecer, divertirse y hacer un impacto.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán apoyar a los equipos de camareros en el buen funcionamiento del servicio. Esto incluye asegurarse de que los platos y bebidas lleguen en excelente condiciones a la mesa, mantener limpios y ordenados las estaciones del restaurante, así como los utensilios: bandejas, pimenteros y saleros, pinzas, servilletas, etc.
- Asegurarse de que las papeleras se vacían con regularidad y garantizar la limpieza y la higiene en todo momento
- Llevar a cabo los procedimientos de apertura y cierre, incluidos, entre otros, el montaje y desmontaje de las estaciones
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo impecable y prístino, tanto en la parte delantera como en la trasera
- Llevar los platos y bebidas a las mesas cuando sea necesario
- Tomar medidas en todos los asuntos relacionados con la seguridad, la protección, la satisfacción y el bienestar de los empleados y los members
- Garantizar el trato adecuado de VIP, protegiendo su privacidad y confidencialidad
- Apoyar al equipo en cualquiera de sus necesidades
¿Qué buscamos en un runner?..
No requerimos que tengas gran experiencia, pero sí valoraremos que hayas trabajado en ese entorno y conozcas las principales tareas. Buscamos personas con instinto natural para el servicio de primera clase. Serás fiable, amable y estarás encantado de formar parte del equipo que se esfuerza por alcanzar el éxito.

- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Capacidad para comprender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.
Requisitos físicos..
- Debe ser mayor de 18 años
- Debe ser capaz de agarrar, agarrar, girar y sostener objetos con la mano
- Capaz de trabajar de pie durante al menos 8 horas
- Ocasionalmente arrodillarse, agacharse, agacharse y trepar según sea necesario
