Pulse Nursing at home (Part of Acacium Group)
Permanent, Full Time + on call telephone support on a rota system
Field based with frequent travel across Leeds
£49,000-£53,000 + £3,000 car allowance
We’re looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our team and manage a caseload of paediatric packages.

Pulse Nursing at Home Part of Acacium Groups are a team of exceptional and conscientious nurses and care staff with high-quality care as their number one priority. About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.
- Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.
- Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
- Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
- An Paediatric nursing degree with an active NMC pin
- Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
- Experience managing clinical teams
- Experience in a community setting
