Proalpha – ERP and Business Applications for the Mid-Market
For more than three decades, the Proalpha Group has been the digital sparring partner of the SME economy at 66 locations worldwide. The powerful ERP and business applications form the digital backbone of the entire value chain of more than 17,500 customers worldwide – companies from industrial manufacturing, wholesale, and other industries. In doing so, Proalpha ensures the intelligent networking and efficient management of all business-critical systems and core processes – from AI and data analytics to supply chain and human capital management. You will work full-time at our office in Chiang Mai.
Your Responsibilities – contra boring, PRO YOU
As part of our international development team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of proalpha. You will program customized customer solutions, develop new applications, and work closely with colleagues and customers. From the very beginning, we will support you with a structured induction program and personal mentoring.

Programming: You will independently develop extensions and customizations for our customers.

Development: You will design, program, and test new software functions and applications.

Collaboration: Working closely with our consultants, you will support ERP rollouts for our customers.

Knowledge transfer: You will involve new colleagues in projects and create templates and specifications.

Customer contact: If interested, you will take on technical concepts in direct exchange with end customers.
Your Profile – contra standard, PRO YOU

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow. -
Professional experience: Initial practical experience in software development or motivation to start a career

Expertise: Good knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Progress-ABL) and experience with relational databases; fundamentals of software development and software architecture
