You will be:

developing AI-powered solutions to improve the organic discoverability of vehicle inventory,
building scalable AI-driven solutions for generating vehicle descriptions, model content, and SEO/GEO landing pages,
developing search intent clustering models for automotive search queries,
identifying and predicting high-potential combinations of brands, models, locations, and vehicle inventory,
designing and optimizing ranking signals to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic growth,
collaborating with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Engineers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities,
measuring and evaluating the impact of AI-driven SEO initiatives through experimentation and data analysis,
working closely with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade AI solutions,
supporting the evolution of content and search strategies for both traditional SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) channels.

Your profile:

5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or related roles,
strong practical experience with NLP, LLMs, or content generation systems,
experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments,
proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face),
experience working with large datasets and experimentation methodologies,
experience with SEO, search ranking, recommendation systems, or information retrieval,
experience with content optimization and large-scale content generation,
familiarity with AWS-based environments,
experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures,
background in marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce, or consumer internet platforms,
experience measuring business impact through A/B testing and experimentation,
strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing,
experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile environments,
ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,
fluent English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

automotive industry experience,
familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts,
experience with Scala-based ecosystems,
knowledge of search technologies such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
