About Payoneer
Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.
The Client Service Team oversees and operates Payoneer’s end to end customer experience and proactively addresses issues for our top clients. The team combines service-orientation aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with top industry practices.

What you’ll do
- Provide high quality services to VIP customers via different channels
- Responsible for end-to-end resolution efficiency of operational issues
- Work closely with sales team and understand customer profiles
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction and quality standard when in compliance with policy and regulations
- Identify potential risks for major complaints and escalate
Who you are
- Customer centric with problem solving mindset
- Self-motivated to reach resolution, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Great communication skills
- Attention to details
Qualification requirement:
- 3 years + proven experience in a customer facing role from international company
- Bachelor’s degree and English CET-4
- Mandarin language proficiency is a must
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications:
- Experience with fintech, banking, or eComs industry is a strong plus
