About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Growth and Partner Operations Lead to join Pagaya’s Growth team, focused on scaling new partnerships across priority asset classes including personal loans, auto, and point of sale financing.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive storytelling. You will work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, and the Office of the President to translate strategic priorities into operational execution. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is eager to take ownership in a scaling fintech platform.

Responsibilities

Own Executive-Level Communications

Build clear, structured, and compelling presentation materials for internal leadership and external partners
Craft tailored, executive-level narratives that communicate Pagaya’s value proposition
Support high-stakes meetings, partner reviews, and strategic planning sessions

Drive Strategy Execution & Operations

Translate Growth strategy into actionable operating plans, measurable objectives, and day-to-day execution
Track progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability across stakeholders
Embed strategic priorities into day-to-day execution across asset classes (Personal Loans, Auto, Point of Sale)

Strengthen Growth Operations

Maintain prospect coverage maps
Coordinate cross-functional cooperation across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research and other stakeholders
Establish structured communication frameworks across internal and external stakeholders

Optimize Processes

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
Improve workflows, reporting structures, and operating cadence
Increase efficiency and effectiveness across the Growth organization

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/credit
Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured narratives
Proven experience creating executive-ready presentation materials
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (advanced Excel proficiency required)
Highly detail-oriented, with consistently accurate and high-quality output
Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Compensation Range for New York Based Hires

$140,000—$180,000 USD
