Analista de Operaciones y Datos Jr.
Responsabilidades y experiencia deseable:
- Experiencia de 2 años en:
- Análisis y seguimiento de indicadores operativos y de productividad.
- Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y dashboards para la toma de decisiones.
- Automatización y optimización de procesos administrativos y operativos.
- Validación, depuración y control de calidad de datos.
- Documentación y estandarización de procesos mediante diagramas de flujo.
- Participación en proyectos de mejora continua e implementación de ERP.
- Identificación de tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora a través del análisis de información.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Excel avanzado.
- SQL.
- Microsoft Dynamics (deseable).
- Python y/o R.
- Modelado y documentación de procesos.
- Generación de KPIs y análisis de datos.
Perfil: Profesional analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para transformar datos en información de valor para el negocio. Destaca por su atención al detalle, pensamiento crítico, enfoque en mejora continua y habilidad para trabajar con diferentes áreas de la organización.
Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería Mecatrónica o carrera afín.
- Diplomado o conocimientos en Logística, Operaciones o Mejora Continua (deseable).
Idioma:
- Inglés intermedio.
