Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal, compliance, and operational initiatives within our growing organization. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in documentation, case coordination, and legal support functions. The ideal candidate will assist with contracts, compliance-related matters, legal documentation, and coordination across departments to help ensure organizational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts
- Support compliance initiatives and maintain accurate legal records
- Coordinate documentation and communication related to legal and operational matters
- Track deadlines, case updates, and required filings or documentation
- Collaborate with leadership and administrative teams on legal and compliance-related projects
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive information
- Assist with research and administrative legal support as needed
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or prior legal experience preferred
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with contracts, compliance, or healthcare/legal administration is a plus
