Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is a rapidly growing ABA organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through high-quality autism services. We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Outreach to lead and expand our community outreach and referral development efforts. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional who is passionate about growth, partnership-building, and creating meaningful connections within schools, healthcare networks, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee outreach initiatives and community engagement strategies
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, physicians, agencies, and community organizations
- Drive client referrals and support organizational growth initiatives
- Supervise and mentor outreach team members while monitoring performance metrics and goals
- Represent LBAPS professionally at networking events, meetings, and community programs
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach
Qualifications:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Background in outreach, business development, healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or related fields
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
- Passion for helping children and families access quality services
