What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify each child's unique strengths and needs.
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff.
- Analyze treatment data and make clinical decisions that promote meaningful progress.
- Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers to create consistent support across environments.
- Provide caregiver coaching to help families build skills and confidence at home.
- Maintain timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements.
- Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care while fostering positive relationships with clients and families.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- New Mexico licensure (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for serving children and families throughout New Mexico.
