About the Role
Astera Urology is seeking a robotics-focused Urologist to join its expanding urology program. This role offers the opportunity to focus on advanced minimally invasive urologic surgery using robotic technology, while maintaining a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care. Physicians will follow their own surgical patients at St. Peter's University Hospital as part of providing continuity of care. This opportunity is well suited for a urologist who enjoys high‑level surgical practice, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the continued growth of a modern urology program.

Astera Urology is a partner of Astera Cancer Care, a physician-owned multi-specialty community oncology practice delivering high-quality, coordinated, patient-centered cancer care. At Astera Urology, their mission is to transform cancer care and the care and management of blood disorders with patient-focused, research-based treatment guided by compassion. Their team of multidisciplinary experts works together to improve the patient experience and provide efficient access to care, minimizing the clinical, financial, and emotional barriers that patients face. The practice offers Hematology/Medical Oncology, Breast Surgery, Palliative Care, Radiation Oncology, and Clinical Trials & Research Programs.
