About the Role
Ventura County Hematology Oncology Specialists is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a long-standing practice where collaboration, innovation, and personalized care are at the heart of every patient interaction. In this float role, you will work alongside experienced physicians and care teams across two of our three clinic locations, supporting patients through every stage of their treatment journey. The practice values provider involvement, evidence-based medicine, and strong patient relationships, creating an environment where you can make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow clinically. Base Salary Range: between $120,000 - $140,000 annually

Ventura County Hematology Oncology Specialists (VCHOS) was founded in 1971 with a mission to deliver the highest quality care to patients facing cancer and blood disorders. With office locations in the coastal cities of Ventura, Oxnard, and Camarillo, our experienced team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff work collaboratively to offer leading-edge, evidence-based treatments including advanced chemotherapy protocols, immunotherapy, personalized care planning, and survivorship support.
