Als Marketing Technology Consultant – End‑to‑End Workflows (mnesch) bei Annalect bist du die technische Brücke zwischen bestehenden Systemen, innovativen Neuentwicklungen und dem Agenturnetzwerk. Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere vorhandenen Lösungen intelligent zu verknüpfen, Prozessbrüche zu identifizieren und neue, durchgängige Workflows zu gestalten. So trägst du maßgeblich zur Effizienzsteigerung und Skalierbarkeit unserer Media- und Marketinglösungen bei.

Integration bestehender Lösungen
- Du analysierst unsere bestehenden Annalect‑Lösungen und verbindest sie zu konsistentem, integrierten End‑to‑End‑Prozessen über verschiedene Systeme hinweg.
Optimierung von Workflows
- Du identifizierst Prozessbrüche in Agentur‑ und Kundenteams und entwickelst nachhaltige, skalierbare Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Solution Mapping & Architektur
- Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Konzepte, erstellst Blueprints und Systemarchitekturen und stellst die nahtlose Abbildung komplexer Kundenanforderungen über mehrere Tools und Stakeholder sicher.
Automatisierung & Schnittstellen
- Du konzipierst und realisierst APIs, Automatisierungen und Middleware‑Komponenten, um Datenflüsse zu optimieren und das Zusammenspiel unserer Systeme zu verbessern.
Zusammenarbeit im Netzwerk
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Produktentwicklung, Data, IT, Consulting sowie mit unseren Agenturmarken zusammen und verankerst technische Lösungen wirkungsvoll im Annalect‑Netzwerk.
Pilotierung & Rollout
- Du entwickelst Proof‑of‑Concepts, begleitest Pilotprojekte und unterstützt den erfolgreichen Rollout neuer End‑to‑End‑Lösungen im operativen Betrieb.
Darum du
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Medieninformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischen Projekt‑ oder Solutions‑Rollen, idealerweise im Media‑, Marketing‑ oder Adtech‑Umfeld.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Systemintegration, APIs, Datenflüssen und Workflow‑Design.
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Hands‑on‑Mentalität.
- Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung und das Aufbrechen technischer Silos.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Kompetenz, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich für nicht‑technische Stakeholder aufzubereiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
