About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sr. VIP Relationship Manager to join our US Strategic Markets team. As a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients in the US. This role is focused on high net worth individuals, family offices and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which on the other hand focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX in the US
Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
Lead our partnership work in the US through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients in the US ensuring positive customer experience
Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
Fluency in English
6+ years of experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the US region

Nice to Haves

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space

The salary range for this position is $178,888 to 214,666
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
