엔지니어링 팀 매니저로서 귀하는 Lotte와의 파트너십을 통해 부산에 건설 중인 CFC(Customer Fulfillment Center - 자동화된 고객 주문 처리 센터) 내 오카도솔루션즈의 장비기계 유지보수 팀을 이끌게 됩니다.
장비 기계 유지보수 팀장은 자동화물류센터에서 유지보수팀 교대 근무 활동 관리, 고객 운영 및 기타 지원 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 시설 및 MHE(물류 장비) 관리, 시설 유지보수 최적화를 담당합니다.

- 교대 근무의 시니어 기술자 및 기술자 업무 우선순위 및 할당 관리
- 입고, 출고 및 기타 지원 팀과 협력하여 인력 배치 및 효과적인 유지보수 활동
- 팀원 개발을 위한 주도적 역할 수행, 팀원에게 조언, 리더십 제공 및 동기 부여, 역량 평가 및 교육 및 기술 요구사항 해결
- 엔지니어링 팀의 기술 평가 및 직원 역량 강화 및 교육 지원, 장비 및 설비의 1차 유지보수 통합
- 부서 프로세스 관리 및 개발, 교대 근무 인수인계, 브리핑 및 결함 보고/해결 포함
- 자동화 및 유지보수 활동 데이터 수집 모니터링 및 보고
- 기술 엔지니어링에 대한 충분한 숙련과 경험을 바탕으로 선도적 리더십 제공, 기계 및 전기 엔지니어링 모두에 대한 이해 및 역량 보유

요구 역량
- 자동화 공장이나 공장에서 설비 유지보수 경험 10년~25년
- 자동화 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어와 관련된 우수한 기술적 역량 보유 (예: 기계공학, 관련 학위 및 실무 학습 경험, 엔지니어링 기술자 견습과정, 전기 및/또는 기계 기술 역량 2년제, 4년제 모두 가능)
- 자동화된 환경에서 관리 또는 감독 수준의 경험
- 뛰어난 조직 능력과 계획 및 우선순위 설정 능력
- 세부 사항을 중시하는 분석 능력과 실용적인 문제 해결 능력
- 생산, 피킹 및 스토리지 MHE 시스템에 대한 종합적인 이해 (자동화된 환경에서의 경험을 통해 습득)
- FMCG 환경에서의 경험
- 컴퓨터화된 유지보수 관리 시스템(CMMS) 사용 경험
- 숫자에 능하며, Word, Excel 등 PC 프로그램 활용 능력
- 작업장은 상온, 냉장, 냉동 물류센터 근무도 포함하며 (냉장물류센터관리) 본 직무는 24/7 운영체제에 따라 8시간 교대 근무를 필요로 합니다. (교대 근무는 26년 4월부터 예정되어 있으며 변동될수 있음)
