The role:
- In this office-based role, you are the front‑face of Nous in Sydney and a key part of our broad office operations team.
- Work closely with a supportive international team of passionate Office Coordinators
- Support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions for Nous’ Sydney office including managing stock supplies, approving invoices, managing room bookings and keeping the space tidy, and setting up for workshops / events / meetings where required
- Provide reception and phone support for the Sydney office and act as a shared support point for other Nous offices, including answering calls and emails, coordinating couriers, and responding to day‑to‑day office queries
- Liaising with building management for office maintenance and repairs
- Events play a vital role at Nous, and you'll be at the forefront of organising and executing fantastic office events that foster our culture of care and connection
- Ensure a smooth process for new starters, leavers and secondees, which may include scheduling meetings, booking travel and ensuring desk-set ups
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
- Build relationships across the Sydney office and contribute as an integral member of Nous’ broader corporate and office operations community
- Champion Work Health & Safety, and security in the office.
And the practical experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role (events, office, etc.) is desirable
- Exceptional focus on customer service
- Superb attention to detail, with a preference for being thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible attitude and being willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Problem solving skills and the ability to provide guidance to others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment at high intensity
