Your daily task:
- Act as the key contact point for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress updates.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and quality.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings (daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
- Oversee project team performance, manage workload, and assess team capacity.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
- Resolve conflicts and remove blockers during project execution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
- Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese.
- Support communication between Korean leaders and the development team to ensure effective collaboration.
Your qualifications:
- Korean: TOPIK 5 +
- Proficient in Korean (both written and spoken)
- English: Business level
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in the IT field
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset
Nice to have:
- Korean: TOPIK 6
- Experience working with Korean clients
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile – Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PSM, PSPO, etc.)
