- Engage H&N oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
- Conduct all business activities with integrity while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience calling on Radiation Oncologists, ENT/Otolaryngology physicians, Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other Head & Neck oncology stakeholders preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information effectively to diverse healthcare audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
