  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, configurations, runbooks, workflows, change records, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate system status, technical risks, and recommended solutions to Government stakeholders and engineering teams.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting virtual servers, pools, health monitors, profiles, traffic policies, SSL/TLS services, high availability, and failover; iRules or equivalent traffic-management logic is strongly expected.
  • Experience monitoring performance and using advanced tools and analytics to isolate and resolve application delivery, network configuration, latency, capacity, and availability issues.
  • Experience evaluating, engineering, and recommending load-balancing, network optimization, and application acceleration techniques across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

  • Experience automating configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and maintenance using REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, or comparable tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining accurate architecture diagrams, configurations, runbooks, workflows, change records, troubleshooting documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Must satisfy the applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the 451 System Administrator work role; no additional technical certification is required.
