Director of Quality Engineering – SaaS & AI Platforms
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Engineering to lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the highest standards for our SaaS and AI platforms. This role requires strategic oversight of quality processes and the implementation of best practices to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality engineering team in developing and executing quality assurance strategies for SaaS and AI platforms.
- Establish and enforce quality standards and testing processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into product development cycles.
- Continuously assess and improve testing methods, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze quality metrics and initiate improvements based on findings to drive product excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of quality and innovation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering leadership roles within SaaS and AI environments.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
