Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapist for its client's Independent Living Service Team at North Lincolnshire.
We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join an Independent Living Service in North Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to take on a senior-level role supporting complex cases, mentoring staff, and contributing to service development.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage a caseload of complex assessments
- Provide advice on moving & handling and equipment
- Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
- Contribute to service improvements and best practice
- Work closely with health, social care, and external partners
- Support the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) process

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in adult social care / community settings
- Strong knowledge of:
- Care Act
- Mental Capacity Act / DoLS
- Safeguarding
- Experience with complex case work and multidisciplinary teams
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
