Occupational Therapist – Aids & Adaptations

Liquid Personnel is looking for a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence and safety at home.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete aids and adaptations assessments for service users.
- Develop and implement plans for major adaptations in line with statutory requirements.
- Prescribe and recommend major adaptations to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with housing teams, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely delivery of adaptations

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in aids and adaptations within social care.
- Essential experience in planning and prescribing major adaptations.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
