Pay Rate: £40.88 Per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager for its client's Multi Disciplinary Team at Blackpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Operational Oversight & Team Support: Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring effective coordination across social workers, health professionals, and other team members to deliver integrated services.
- Supervision & Professional Development: Provide reflective supervision, mentoring, and performance management to QSWs and allied staff, promoting best practice and continuous professional growth.
- Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Leadership: Monitor casework standards, lead on safeguarding procedures, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and local authority policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience
