What you can expect in this role:
- Discover and understand client needs by performing stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping
- Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic - evaluating for insights, trends, accuracy, and performance
- Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma and other visualization tools
- Interface with the client throughout the delivery process
- Collaborate with our Digital, Design, and Engineering practices to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Apply an Agile methodology to manage client workstreams
Tools for success:
- At least 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis
- Extensive experience in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, or equivalent for building dashboards and reports.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Statistics skills.
- Familiarity with ETL tools & Data Pipelines
- Proficient in writing and optimising SQL queries and knowledge on Databases
- Strong programming skills in Python for data wrangling and advanced analytics.
- Experience with platforms like Databricks / Snowflake / DBT / Redshift / BigQuery, or similar for datawarehousing
- Understanding ML: regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation.
- Skills in ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to stay organized and flexible
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- Experience collaborating with and presenting work to clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast paced environments

This role is for Inspajr Eleven dooel Tetovo, an organization fully owned and operated in the Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and the role requires on-site working hours.
