The business is made up of three recognized healthcare recruitment brands that sit underneath the ICG Medical arm. each delivers tailored solutions for our candidates and clients from our offices in the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Philippines, Australia, Canada, and the USA with more office openings on the horizon.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including online databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract Per Diem healthcare professionals in the USA.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the unique requirements of our clients.
- Market Research:
- Analyze data to identify potential talent pools, recruitment challenges, and opportunities within the Per Diem healthcare domain.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with prospective candidates, providing comprehensive information about job opportunities and assessing their suitability for specific roles.
- Cultivate relationships with Per Diem healthcare professionals, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and client expectations.
- Prepare a shortlist of readily available, pre-screened candidates for the job/s and submit them to the internal stakeholders/client
- Coordinate seamlessly with the recruitment team to facilitate interviews and streamline the candidate selection process.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to understand client specifications, and job requirements for candidate submission, interviews and selection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a talent source or recruiter is beneficial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (English)
- Proficiency in using technology and sourcing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven sales environment.
- Knowledge or previous experience with US staffing or hiring for international markets. (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the USA healthcare system (not essential)
