One of the pillars of our North American division is spread across four different sites in Mexico where a blend of manufacturing and fabrication occurs. Position Overview
Brindar atención médica primaria a los empleados, promover la salud y prevenir enfermedades relacionadas con el trabajo, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional aplicables.
What you'll do
- Atender consultas médicas generales de los empleados durante su jornada laboral.
- Realizar evaluaciones médicas de ingreso, periódicas y de egreso según la normativa vigente.
- Llevar el control y seguimiento de enfermedades ocupacionales y accidentes de trabajo.
- Coordinar campañas de salud, vacunación y promoción del bienestar en la planta.
- Elaborar reportes médicos mensuales, estadísticas de atención y documentación para el IMSS u otras instituciones.
- Coordinarse con el área de seguridad e higiene para la prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Participar en comités internos de salud y seguridad.
- Supervisar el adecuado uso y mantenimiento del consultorio médico y botiquines de primeros auxilios.
- Brindar capacitación al personal sobre temas de salud laboral (ergonomía, estrés, etc.).
- Gestionar y controlar el expediente médico de los trabajadores.
Who you are
- Escolaridad: Médico General (Título y Cédula profesional indispensable).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares en industria o salud ocupacional.
- Conocimientos: Normas de seguridad e higiene (NOM-STPS), medicina del trabajo, primeros auxilios.
- Software: Manejo de expediente médico digital (deseable).
- Certificaciones: Diplomado o especialidad en Salud Ocupacional (deseable).
