Based at our head quaters in Boxtel

At Unilux, we design and manufacture high-quality screening solutions that serve both the Dutch and international markets. Working from our headquarters in Boxtel, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, customized products all developed and produced in-house by a close-knit, collaborative team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our production team and support operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to ensure equipment and processes run efficiently.

What you will be doing

Maintain and optimize production equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Work closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
Share knowledge and support colleagues where needed

What we are looking for

Qualifications and experience

Completed education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field
Experience in product development and/or working with CAD software
Knowledge of materials and production methods is advantageous

Skills and behaviours

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
