Ons Facility and Maintenance Team is de motor achter ons nieuwe distributiecentrum in Bleiswijk en zorgt er dagelijks voor dat productie soepel blijft draaien. In deze rol ben jij samen met je team hét aanspreekpunt voor alle faciliteiten in en rondom het distributiecentrum : van het coördineren van leveranciers, het coördineren en scheiden van afval, tot het op peil houden van voorraden en ervoor zorgen dat de locatie functioneert zoals het hoort.
Jouw werk ondersteunt direct onze collega's binnen productie, door hen een schone, veilige en goed-georganiseerde werkomgeving te bieden. Ben jij hands-on, proactief en hou je van afwisseling in je dag? Dan is dit jouw kans om een zichtbare en praktische impact te maken op onze locatie.
Wat je gaat doen
- Je begeleid facilitaire leveranciers en zorgt dat diensten naar behoren worden geleverd
- Je registreert en handelt meldingen af in ons facilitair managementsysteem (FMIS)
- Je coördineert de afvalverwerking en terreinbeheer
- Het verzorgen van gladheidsbestrijding
- Je houdt de facilitaire voorraden door het hele pand op peil
- Je werkt, in samenwerking met de technische dienst, aan lichte technische werkzaamheden en reparaties
- Je beheert de bedrijfskleding, onder andere in afstemming met wasserij en leveranciers
- Je voert diverse logistieke en magazijnwerkzaamheden uit
- Je houdt de administratie en documentatie nauwkeurig bij
Wat wij zoeken
- Een relevante achtergrond; het is een pré als je al wat ervaring hebt in facilitaire zaken, logistiek of productiewerk
- Een proactieve, positieve instelling met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; je bent een echte teamspeler
- Flexibel in werktijden en werkzaamheden; deze functie omvat ook werken in de vroege ochtend en in het weekend
- Beheersing van zowel Engels, als Nederlands. Als je geen goed Nederlands spreekt ben je gemotiveerd dit snel te leren.
- Je kunt goed overweg met veelgebruikte computerprogramma's zoals Word, Excel en e-mail
