đ Shifts Currently Available
Rotating weekends as needed
- MondayâFriday: 6:00 AMâ2:00 PM
- MondayâFriday: 10:00 AMâ6:00 PM
- MondayâFriday: 1:00 PMâ9:00 PM
â What Weâre Looking For
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus
- Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
- Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent required
đŒ What Youâll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, youâll be the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
- Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery
- Provide timely updates and help resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to recommend services that provide additional value
- Learn our services inside and out so you can become a trusted customer resource

- Base Pay: $17â$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Incentive Bonuses: Earn additional compensation based on performance
- Realistic Annual Earnings: $40,000â$70,000
