About the Area and the Opportunity

The FP&A area at QuintoAndar operates at the intersection of financial planning and business strategy, ensuring that our ambitions are sustained by robust analyses and models. We are looking for a Specialist to lead Strategic Financial Modeling and Long-Term Projects.

The FP&A Strategy team directly drives high-impact strategic projects, such as market and competition analysis, and financial modeling. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building robust financial models from scratch, integrating modern AI tools into their daily analyses, and translating complex concepts into clear strategic recommendations for C-Level leadership and investors. If you possess outstanding analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent executive communication, this position is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

Build and maintain multi-year strategic financial models: Develop flexible, traceable long-term models sustained by solid operational assumptions for new verticals and business lines;
Model complex business mechanics: Structure modeling dynamics adapted to different business contexts, combining reliability and simplicity for decision-making;
Integrate AI tools into the analytical workflow: Actively use AI tools to optimize the model creation process, data automation, and analytical scenarios;
Produce deliverables for senior leadership and investors: Translate complex models into executive presentations and summaries, highlighting the main variables that drive strategic decisions;
Conduct market and competition studies: Structure comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses involving multiple products and geographies;
Ensure high technical rigor and structural clarity: Maintain methodical organization of models (version control, logic documentation, traceability, and ease of auditing).

What We Look For (Requirements):

Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Consistent experience in creating financial models (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Consulting, or Financial Markets);
Advanced Excel/Sheets with absolute mastery of financial modeling (ability to structure complex workbooks with clarity, traceability, and impeccable organization);
Pragmatic use of and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis and financial modeling;
Excellent critical reasoning and strategic vision: ability to quickly understand business mechanics and reflect its specificities in the numbers;
High-level executive communication: ability to synthesize highly complex models into clear and defensible assumptions for directors, C-Level, and investors;
Proactive, solution-oriented profile with high rigor regarding the quality and deadlines of deliverables;
Advanced/fluent English (mandatory) — reporting materials and communications are in English.

Differentiators:

Knowledge and practical experience in financial products or marketplaces;
Knowledge of SQL for autonomous data extraction and manipulation;
Familiarity with corporate planning systems (SAP) and basic accounting principles.
