- Απόφοιτοι Γυμνασίου/Λυκείου /ΕΠΑΛ/ΕΠΑΣ/ ΙΕΚ
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας με πρόγραμμα εναλλασσόμενων βαρδιών.
- Δυνατότητα ανασήκωσης βάρους σε συχνή βάση.
- Ικανότητα να ακολουθεί συγκεκριμένες οδηγίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στην παραγωγή τροφίμων.
- Συνεργασία και Ομαδικό Πνεύμα.
- Επαγγελματισμός, αίσθημα ευθύνης, συνέπεια.
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία στο αντικείμενο θα ληφθεί υπόψιν.
Σχετικά με τον ρόλο :
- Συμβάλλει στις ομαδικές προσπάθειες για επίτευξη των ορισμένων στόχων παραγωγής.
- Γνωρίζει σε βάθος όλες τις διαδικασίες παραγωγής και τον εξοπλισμό και αναφέρει οτιδήποτε πρόβλημα προκύπτει.
