The Strategic Account Executive will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing long-term partnerships that drive revenue, brand visibility, and market share. This role blends relationship management, negotiation, and data-driven planning to maximize account performance across FAM Brands' portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with top-tier retail and wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, including seasonal buy planning, product assortment recommendations, and promotional strategy
Negotiate pricing, terms, and program agreements to meet revenue and margin targets
Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure account needs are met from concept to delivery
Analyze sell-through data, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities within each account
Lead quarterly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts, presenting performance recaps and forward-looking plans
Forecast account-level sales and manage account P&L to meet or exceed targets
Identify and cultivate new strategic account opportunities to expand FAM Brands' retail footprint
Represent FAM Brands at trade shows, market appointments, and key account visits

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$150,000—$160,000 USD
