Tu misión principal será:
Ser el/la punto de contacto diario entre la agencia y el cliente para todas las iniciativas de social media.
Apoyar al Account Supervisor en la gestión y ejecución de campañas digitales innovadoras y estrategias de contenido.
Coordinar el flujo de trabajo interno, asegurando que los briefs lleguen al equipo creativo y de estrategia con claridad y a tiempo.
Supervisar la entrega de materiales, timelines y presupuestos, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia en cada proyecto.
Monitorear tendencias en redes sociales y el desempeño de las campañas, identificando oportunidades y aprendizajes clave para informar al cliente.
Elaborar reportes de resultados y presentaciones concisas y atractivas para el cliente.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos creativo, de estrategia y de medios para producir trabajo excepcional que resuene con las audiencias.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
1-2 años de experiencia previa como Account Executive o rol similar en una agencia de publicidad o digital, con un foco claro en social media.
Fuerte comprensión del ecosistema de redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) y sus tendencias más recientes.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con el cliente.
Proactividad, autonomía y una gran capacidad de organización y gestión de proyectos.
Atención al detalle y habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico.
Mentalidad analítica para interpretar datos y resultados, y transformarlos en insights accionables.
Nivel de inglés: mínimo B2, deseable C1
