This role serves as the primary coordination and communication bridge between project leadership, implementation teams, agency stakeholders, and assigned business and technical components.

The Implementation Integration Lead helps maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups by facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact requirements, design, testing, deployment, and readiness efforts. Working closely with the Project Manager and PMO team, this role supports successful delivery by improving stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve dependencies, questions, and implementation challenges
  • Track open items, stakeholder actions, and pending decisions to help prevent impacts to project timelines and milestones
  • Support alignment between business requirements, governance decisions, project plans, and implementation activities
  • Prepare for and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, status reviews, working sessions, and readiness activities
  • Document decisions, feedback, risks, issues, and action items and ensure they are reflected in project reporting and delivery artifacts
  • Support implementation readiness efforts associated with requirements validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and documentation handoff
  • Provide status updates and stakeholder insights to project leadership and PMO teams for consolidated program reporting

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, PMO support, or project management activities
  • Experience coordinating across business, technical, client, and contractor stakeholder groups
  • Experience tracking action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs within structured project environments
  • Experience supporting project governance, status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation management
  • Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities including requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting OneStream, ERP, EPM, financial management, or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with federal governance, compliance, and approval processes
  • Experience supporting Agile, hybrid Agile, or traditional project delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
  • Department of War experience is a plus!
