職位: CS L&D Associate (Quality Assurance)
我們正在尋找 CS L&D Associate，主要透過評估客服語音及文字對話紀錄，判斷客戶問題是否真正獲得解決；同時執行標準化的實際客服測試（Mystery Calling／神秘客來電），以衡量端到端客戶體驗，包括客服對客戶承諾事項是否確實落實。
應徵條件：
- 具備以客戶為中心（Customer-driven）的思維，對提升客戶體驗充滿熱忱。
- 能夠評估客戶互動內容，辨識客戶需求與疑慮，並判斷問題是否獲得妥善解決。
- 具備流利的中文（繁體中文／國語）溝通能力。
- 可配合輪班制度，包含週末及國定假日排班。
- 歡迎應屆畢業生及具客戶服務相關經驗者投遞履歷。
核心能力：
- 具備良好的分析能力與系統化思考能力，能從客戶互動內容中發現趨勢並找出問題根因。
- 注重細節，能維持高品質且精準的品質檢核與評估作業。
- 擁有良好的判斷力與問題解決能力，能客觀評估客戶體驗與服務品質。
- 具備優秀的書面及口語表達能力，能清楚記錄評估結果並提出改善建議。
- 能夠在快速變動的工作環境中有效管理多項任務與優先順序。
- 熟悉 Excel 或 Google Sheets 基本操作，具備資料整理與分析能力。
加分條件：
- 具 1 至 3 年客戶服務（Customer Service）、客戶體驗（Customer Experience）、營運（Operations）或其他第一線客戶接觸相關工作經驗。
- 具備品質管理（QA）、稽核（Audit）、教育訓練（Training）、輔導（Coaching）或服務品質監控（Quality Monitoring）經驗者佳，但非必要條件。
- 熟悉客戶服務管理系統（如 Zendesk）者佳。
- 具電商、零售、旅宿服務或其他服務導向產業經驗者佳。
- 具備基礎英文溝通能力者佳。
學歷要求：
- 大學以上學歷，商業管理、傳播、語言、餐旅管理或相關科系尤佳。
- 若具備相關營運或客戶服務工作經驗，學歷條件可彈性考量。
工作時間：
- 本職務採全年 365 天輪班制，標準工作時間為 09:00 至 18:00。
- 需配合週末及國定假日輪值排班，實際排班安排將依營運需求進行調整。
