직무 소개

CPLB(Coupang Private Label Brands)의 Instock Manager는 쿠팡 PB 상품의 안정적인 공급을 위해 재고 및 발주 운영을 관리하는 역할입니다. 판매 계획과 재고 현황을 기반으로 적정 재고 수준을 유지하고, 제조사 및 주요 협력사와 협업하여 품절과 공급 이슈를 최소화합니다. 또한 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 운영 효율성과 재고 건전성 개선을 주도합니다.

업무 내용

판매 트렌드 및 사업 계획 기반 SKU별 발주 계획 검토 및 실행
적정 재고 수준 유지를 위한 재고 운영 및 Inventory Health 관리
품절(OOS) 및 과재고 최소화를 위한 공급 계획 수립 및 운영
제조사, 수입사 등 주요 협력사 대상 공급 일정 및 생산 계획 관리
공급 지연, 입고 이슈 등 운영 이슈에 대한 원인 분석 및 개선 과제 도출
FC, Brand Manager, Tech 등 주요 이해관계자와의 협업 및 운영 프로세스 개선
프로모션, 신상품 출시, Peak Season 대응을 위한 재고 및 공급 계획 수립
재고 가용성, 재고자산 효율성 및 공급 안정성 향상을 위한 운영 지표 관리

자격 요건

리테일, 이커머스, 소비재(FMCG) 또는 유관 산업에서 재고 운영, 발주 관리 또는 공급 계획 경력 5년 이상 보유하신 분
Vendor Management 또는 협력사 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
공급 이슈 발생 시 다양한 이해관계자를 조율하며 문제를 해결한 경험이 있으신 분
Excel을 활용하여 데이터를 분석하고 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 분
빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 우선순위를 설정하고 여러 업무를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 분
수동적으로 업무를 수행하기보다 주도적으로 의견을 제시하고 실행할 수 있는 분

우대 사항

eCommerce 또는 FMCG 산업 경험을 보유하신 분
SKU 단위 재고 운영 및 발주 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
제조사 또는 수입사와의 협업 경험을 보유하신 분
SQL 또는 데이터 분석 역량을 보유하신 분
Cross-functional 프로젝트를 주도한 경험을 보유하신 분
