Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle for new advertising products, from market assessment and launch strategy to execution, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs, industry trends, and commercialization opportunities, translating insights into actionable GTM strategies.
• Partner closely with Product teams to influence product roadmap and launch readiness by bringing customer feedback, market intelligence, and business requirements into product development.
• Develop segmentation, positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch recommendations that maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams, ensuring organizational readiness and consistent stakeholder alignment.
• Define launch success metrics and measurement frameworks, monitor product adoption and business performance, and continuously optimize GTM strategies based on data and customer feedback.
• Scale successful launches by developing repeatable GTM playbooks, enablement materials, best practices, and standardized commercialization processes.
• Communicate market insights, launch performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence product strategy and business investment decisions.
• Establish and lead weekly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, performance, risks, and action plans.
• Identify key growth bottlenecks and adoption barriers through data-driven analysis, and develop targeted sales programs, commercialization strategies, and promotional initiatives to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or related roles within e-commerce, advertising, or tech companies
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) without direct authority
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and insights effectively to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, media, performance marketing, or related commercial functions
• Experience designing and managing revenue programs, pricing and packaging strategies, or go-to-market (GTM) initiatives at scale
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze business performance and generate actionable insights
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Business-level English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
