Descripción del Puesto:
El Operador de Barredora de ParkX es responsable de mantener la limpieza y la buena apariencia de las calles y vías públicas dentro de las zonas asignadas. Esto incluye operar de manera segura un camión barredor a lo largo de las rutas asignadas para retirar basura, escombros, hojas y otros desechos, contribuyendo a la presentación general y la seguridad de la comunidad. Este puesto requiere un alto sentido de responsabilidad, atención al detalle y la capacidad de operar el vehículo de forma segura mientras mantiene una actitud profesional y cortés. #WeShowUp
Responsabilidades
• Operar el vehículo de limpieza/barredora para retirar basura, escombros, hojas y otros materiales de las rutas asignadas.
• Seguir prácticas seguras de operación, así como todas las leyes de tránsito y los protocolos del sitio aplicables.
• Realizar inspecciones del vehículo y del equipo asignado antes y después de cada turno.
• Completar las tareas diarias de limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas exteriores según las instrucciones del Gerente Senior de Operaciones, Janitorial.
• Presentarse en la ubicación asignada antes del inicio del turno usando el uniforme aprobado de ParkX.
• Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad y garantizar el uso adecuado de las herramientas y equipos de limpieza.
• Mantener una actitud profesional y cortés con el personal de la propiedad, residentes, clientes y visitantes.
• Apoyar a los equipos de administración en proyectos especiales de limpieza o mantenimiento cuando sea solicitado.
• Mantener el área de almacenamiento de maquinaria y suministros organizada y libre de riesgos.
• Completar la documentación correspondiente al final del turno y asegurar una adecuada entrega de responsabilidades al siguiente turno.
• Supervisar el inventario e informar a la gerencia cuando se necesiten materiales o suministros de limpieza adicionales.
• Notificar a la gerencia sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o condición insegura en las áreas exteriores.
• Cumplir con los cronogramas y listas de verificación de limpieza asignados.
• Participar en reuniones de equipo y mantenerse al día con las actualizaciones operativas relacionadas con la limpieza y el mantenimiento del sitio.
• Cubrir a compañeros durante ausencias y apoyar en diferentes zonas exteriores cuando sea necesario.
• Tener disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y después del horario regular, especialmente durante eventos o temporadas de alta demanda.
• Representar los valores de ParkX y cumplir con las políticas de asistencia, uniforme y conducta de la empresa.
• Realizar otras funciones relacionadas que le sean asignadas.
Requisitos
• Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
• Licencia de conducir válida, sin infracciones graves.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar fuera del horario regular y fines de semana durante eventos.
• Personalidad extrovertida con capacidad para relacionarse con personas de diversos entornos y desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas.
• Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas, administrar el tiempo y comunicarse de manera efectiva.
• Alto nivel de credibilidad, confiabilidad e integridad.

Exigencias Fisicas
• Permanecer de pie, caminar y conducir durante períodos prolongados.
• Realizar movimientos repetitivos de forma continua.
• Empujar, jalar o levantar hasta 50 libras.
• Tener destreza para utilizar las manos al manipular herramientas y otros objetos.
• Trabajar en ambientes con niveles de ruido que pueden resultar molestos o incómodos.
• Trabajar tanto en interiores con temperatura controlada como en exteriores.
• Mantener el respeto por los espacios de trabajo compartidos y la proximidad física con otras personas.
