Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team

As an Engagement Manager, you will own and direct the full engagement life cycle for customers purchasing Collibra services, working across multiple customer personas,industries, departments, and internal Collibra functions to lead project delivery and influence customer success and adoption of the Collibra Platform.

This role is instrumental in driving renewal and expansion by accelerating time to value, increasing adoption, and influencing product strategy with valuable learnings all of which drive Collibra's growth

This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

Enterprise Engagement Managers at Collibra are responsible for

  • Overseeing the successful installation, configuration, and initial operation of
  • Collibra's products and technologies for new and existing customers.
  • Developing ingagement plans and being accountable for informing and
  • advising client representatives and internal stakeholders of planning, progress,
  • risks, and issues.
  • Ensuring services delivery across geographic territories is in full compliance
  • with the established Collibra engagement model, processes, methodologies,
  • and artifacts.
  • Partnering effectively with Collibra Professional Services Architects, Sales
  • Leads, Account, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.
  • Partnering with Collibra Professional Services Architects to define and
  • implement an operating model specific to the customer's use cases, technical
  • go-live, and production go-live needs.
  • Chairing regular engagement review meetings with customers and with
  • internal Collibra teams, and facilitating the smooth and timely running of
  • workshops and training to support Collibra revenue targets.

You have

  • 5+ years of consulting management experience working directly with
  • customers, ideally within SaaS environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple projects and related outcomes
  • simultaneously on time, on budget, and to quality.
  • The ability to build customer relationships and deliver presentations to all
  • levels of business and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of core data management or data governance technologies (a plus).
  • Proficient language skills in English (mandatory); German or Dutch preferred.
  • At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business, technical, or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Eligible to work in London.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will gain a fundamental knowledge of the Collibra Products, Services offerings and services delivery processes and procedures.
  • Within your third month, you will manage assigned services engagements with considerable supervision and management required as you continue to ramp.
  • Within your sixth month, you will manage assigned services engagements with minimal supervision and management required.
