In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop our client solutions for Linux and Android, as well as our Digital Experience Monitoring solution across all OS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and mutual support.
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions throughout the full design and development lifecycle, including significant cross-team collaboration.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Product Management, server teams, core networking teams, and others.
- Design, implement, and test enterprise network security solutions.
- Stay up to date with relevant client-side technologies to enable new capabilities, support innovative solutions, and continuously improve the product.
- Research new technologies and adopt them where they can add value to the company’s product.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a Linux/Windows environment.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in C/C++.
- In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, and network environments.
- Proven track record of owning full product lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Advantages
- Strong knowledge of Android frameworks - significant advantage
- Experience with macOS development.
- Experience with identity providers, OAuth2, SSO, and authentication flows.
