En tant que partenaire en acquisition de talents fractionnée, vous dirigerez le cycle complet de recrutement pour l'ensemble de nos activités canadiennes pour une variété de rôles en technologie et en consultation, allant des analystes d'affaires, gestionnaires de projet et développeurs aux experts en cybersécurité, en infographique et en IA. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les leaders pour comprendre les besoins en embauche, concevoir des stratégies de recrutement ciblées et offrir des expériences exceptionnelles aux candidats. Il s'agit d'une opportunité passionnante de jouer un rôle central dans la croissance d'une société de conseil en technologie mondiale reconnue pour son innovation, son inclusion et son impact.


Ce rôle est un contrat à durée déterminée et comportera des heures à temps partiel qui varient d'une semaine à l'autre. Ce rôle peut être exercé depuis Toronto ou Montréal et exige une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Le taux horaire est de 45 $ à 60 $ de l’heure.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement complètes pour attirer des candidats de haut niveau et diversifiés dans tous les domaines de Capco : services bancaires et paiements, assurances, marchés financiers, gestion de patrimoine et d'actifs, et énergie.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les leaders des secteurs et des pratiques pour comprendre les besoins en embauche, les exigences des rôles et les profils de compétences techniques.
  • Rechercher, présélectionner et évaluer pro-activement les candidats par divers canaux, notamment les sites d'emploi, les médias sociaux, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, la recherche de données booléennes/Internet et les recommandations.
  • Offrir des expériences de candidat de premier ordre tout au long du cycle de recrutement, de l'attraction à l'intégration.
  • Maintenir les mesures de recrutement, les perspectives et l'intégrité des données tout en assurant la conformité aux politiques internes et aux réglementations externes.
  • Fournir un soutien aux initiatives de recrutement stratégiques, telles que le programme de formation des associés pour les nouveaux diplômés, l'embauche de stagiaires/coopérants, et le développement de notre communauté de talents et de notre programme d'anciens élèves.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des personnes et de la culture pour optimiser les processus, les outils et les systèmes de recrutement afin d'en assurer l'efficacité et l'efficience.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en recrutement technique complet dans un environnement à haut volume et au rythme rapide.
  • Expérience en recrutement en Ontario, au Québec et en Alberta.
  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français).
  • Succès éprouvé dans le partenariat avec des parties prenantes et des leaders de haut niveau pour fournir des stratégies d'embauche et des résultats.
  • Solides compétences en communication, en établissement de relations et en influence à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise.
  • Expérience démontrée en recrutement dans plusieurs disciplines techniques (p. ex., données, infographique, cybersécurité, IA, numérique, etc.).
  • Capacité à prioriser des demandes concurrentes et à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique axé sur les solutions.
  • Expérience de l'utilisation de systèmes de suivi des candidats (ATS) et d'outils d'analyse de recrutement.

Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract

The Role

At Capco, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across our Canadian business for a variety of technology and consulting roles including business analysts, project managers, and developers to experts in cybersecurity, cloud, and AI. In this role you will partner with leaders to understand hiring demands, design targeted recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of a global technology consulting firm known for innovation, inclusion, and impact.


This role is for a fixed-term contract and will have part-time hours that vary week to week. This role can be done from Toronto or Montreal and requires bilingual - English/French skills. The hourly rate for this role is $45-60 per hour.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse candidates across Capco’s domains – Banking & Payments, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Energy.
  • Partner closely with business and practice leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and technical skill profiles.
  • Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Boolean/internet data research and referrals.
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle – from attraction to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, insights, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide support for strategic recruitment initiatives, such as Associate Training Program for new grads and internship / co-op hiring and growing our talent community and our alumni program.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta
  • Fully bilingual English and French
  • Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a dynamic, solutions-focused environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience recruiting within Financial Services or Consulting.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse and/or Success Factors
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and an ability to represent Capco’s employer brand
  • Exposure to diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Contractor Requirements

Contractors engaged by Capco must be an incorporated business, have a valid HST number, and provide evidence of business insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Errors & Omissions insurance.
