ABOUT THE COMPANY

CAMP is a Family Experience Company launched in 2018, known for our one-of-a-kind shop/play hybrid experience at physical locations across the country. Each CAMP store features rotating themed experiences where families come to play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. We believe that play connects us all, and at CAMP, play is bigger, bubblier, funnier, fuzzier, slimier, and sillier than anywhere else.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking for a full-time Production Operations Coordinator to serve as the organizational backbone of CAMP’s Production department. In this role, you will own the systems, project calendars, and communication workflows that enable our Director of Production to manage multiple simultaneous projects without anything slipping through the cracks.

You will maintain our Monday.com architecture, govern file structures, enforce SOPs, and keep cross-functional teams accountable. This role includes project-based travel as needed.

  • Establish Google Drive folder hierarchy, naming conventions, and file governance across all live and upcoming projects.
  • Track project budgets and vendor payment workflows (including payment matrices and Bill.com coordination) in partnership with the Director.
  • Oversee operational support across diverse initiatives: show flips, new store openings, brand partnerships, in-store activations, programming, and store operations.

Cross-Project Visibility & Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative and fabrication partners to keep timeline dates synced and accurate.
  • Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across simultaneous phases (concept, design, build, live).
  • Facilitate weekly internal production meetings by preparing agendas, documenting notes, and driving follow-up items.
  • Flag bottlenecks early to mitigate portfolio risks; proactively chase down open action items across teams.
  • Serve as the primary, reliable point of contact for real-time project status and reporting across the department.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO CAMP

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project or production operations within experiential marketing, live entertainment, events, or brand activations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (or equivalent PM software), including custom board design, automations, and dashboard creation from scratch.
  • Demonstrated capability in operational systems design (creating repeatable processes for cross-functional teams).
  • Strong written communication skills with experience writing clear, user-friendly SOPs.

  • Calm and adaptable when managing competing priorities and simultaneous project deadlines.
