Digital Copywriter

Established in 2018, Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges with over 80 million users and counting. We are looking for a Digital Copywriter/Senior Digital Copywriter to join our growing Copy and Translation team. We are more than writers, but skilled communicators, marketers and storytellers. With your mastery of prose and big picture thinking, you will weave seemingly disparate pieces of information and industry trends to form a cohesive narrative that fulfills our business objectives, inspires and engages our audience, and above all, driving home the message of our brand proposition.

Key reponsibilities

Create clear and user-friendly content for Help Center articles and knowledge base entries, translating complex product logic into actionable guidance.
Craft original campaign messaging that reflects our brand values and supports marketing objectives.
Create engaging, persuasive copy across multiple channels, including websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI, in line with our editorial style guide and UI component guidelines.
Edit and enhance existing content to ensure consistency with marketing strategy, tone, and positioning.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver clear, concise messaging for both everyday users and seasoned traders.
Collaborate with UX designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is visually cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with intended outcomes.

Key requirements (updated)

3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or closely related content roles, with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Ability to Integrate AI Workflows in daily work to optimise work delivery performance.
Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly content, especially for Help Center and knowledge base articles, and to translate complex product logic into simple, actionable guidance.
Chinese language proficiency is required, including the ability to read and understand Chinese PRDs and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance is preferred.
A product-oriented and flexible writer with a strong understanding of product workflows, logic, and the user journey, able to work closely with product teams, accurately interpret PRDs, and create effective user-facing content across multiple mediums (web, system communications, email campaigns, UX/UI).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight timelines.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate cross-functionally, handle feedback effectively, and maintain clarity and alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Good to have

Experience using GenAI tools as part of a writing and content development workflow.
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary cross-functional teams.
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic and/or brand-building concepts executed across multiple platforms.
2+ years of agency experience or equivalent creative industry experience across all media, including digital, social, long-form content.
