BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Decatur and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career.
$26–$30/hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling | No Weekend Requirement

Competitive Pay + Weekly Pay
Earn $26–$30/hour and get paid weekly.
Flexible Scheduling
Choose from full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities (minimum 4 shifts/month for PRN), with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available. Daytime and overnight opportunities are available.
No Weekend Requirement
Build a schedule that works for your life without a required weekend commitment.

Who You'll Care For
BAYADA provides skilled, 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels.
As a BAYADA LPN, you'll get to know your client and family while providing personalized, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
We currently have clients with open hours throughout Decatur and surrounding communities, including:
- Decatur
- Ossian
- Bluffton
- And surrounding communities

What You Need
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
