BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Nurses who have a passion for home care to join our team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
What every nurse can expect from our team:
- Weekly pay every Thursday
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Caring for patients one-to-one (Private Duty)
- Short commute times near your home (30 mins or less)
- $1,200 nurse referral bonus

What makes private-duty nursing different than home health visits?:
- Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)
- Hands-on care with ONE client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
- Pediatric opportunities available (21-year-old and younger)
Applying to BAYADA: What to Expect
- Every candidate is unique, and your application process should be too! Schedule an interview after telling us your availability and preferences. Your time is valuable, and our team responds to every application with an update on the hiring process.
Available Shifts:
- Morning or overnight
- 8’s or 10's (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Qualifications for Nurses:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
