Description

We are currently seeking Real Estate Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across industries, supporting a broad range of commercial property and real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

Provide practical, business-focused legal advice on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, portfolio management, property development and asset management.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of real estate documentation, including leases, agreements for lease, licences, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, option agreements and related property documents.
Support property transactions and projects, including due diligence, title review, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and coordination with external counsel.
Work closely with legal, property, asset-management, finance, development, procurement and business teams to manage legal risk and deliver commercial outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK with relevant real estate or commercial property experience.
Experience advising on one or more areas of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, development, property management, portfolio work or landlord and tenant matters.
Experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment, supporting commercial, corporate, real estate, retail, infrastructure or property-focused organisations.
Strong commercial awareness, drafting, negotiation, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic and business-focused advice.
